All designs are illustrated by Candelaria, owner and founder of Little Bear Hugs.

Once the order comes through, designs are pulled up and names are added to personalize the product.

Final designs is exported and sent to the printers. Products are manufactured and printed in the US.

Printers use a process called sublimation to make the products.  he way that it works is once they receive the design they print it with a special ink on a special paper. They then heat transfer it onto a blank product at about 400ºF.  

They package the product and ship it directly to you.

Sherpa:The blanket is 100% polyester printed mink with ultra-soft sherpa backing. It has round borders, with a brown stitched end. Sherpa side is non-customizable and the color is brown. To care, just wash before first use, using a cold cycle. Air dry to maintain the fluffiness of the Sherpa.

Minky: Super-plush soft anti-pill fleece fabric with a 2" handsewn flat minky seam. To care, just wash before first use, using a cold cycle. Air dry to maintain the quality of the soft blanket.

Process: Please allow 5-7 days for creating the personalized design and production time.

Order ships directly from printing partner. Blanket will arrive inside a branded gift bag, inside a shipping- poly-bag. Please be mindful that during Holiday time, the production will increase.

Once it's printed, you'll receive a tracking number for your order.

International orders shipping time (including Canada) maybe take between 3-5 weeks. The tracking number might not track once it arrives in other countries.

If there was a missprint of your order, please attach a photography to your email, we will print you a new one!

Digital files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

If the digital product needs personalization, please allow 2 days for the production. You'll receive an email with a downloadable link.
